I’ve been working on an “Every man for himself” theme for the last few weeks. The idea of great 3-way submissions and combos. The different directions that each 3-man group could go in regards to storytelling. The chaos and fun of a match with no definitive “good guy” or “bad guy.”
Each man starts off by showing off his “specialty.” Braden is an aspiring pro bodybuilder with an obvious power advantage. He flexes his prize-winning physique in front of the other two men. (NOTE: Braden has been studying some Cameron video in recent weeks, since we became roommates.)
Cal has found that his flexibility has helped him in his recent matches. He can be bent but not easily broken. Cal invites the other 2 men to stretch with him. The others tease and mock his ability.
Flash in surprisingly a great arm-wrestler. He invites both men to challenge him and arrogantly defeats both.
All 3 men think they are the alpha male. A shoulder block challenge is issued. Each man takes center ring as he awaits his opponents attempt to prove more dominant. Bodies collide but not one wants to go down. Flash is the first to dig into his bag of tricks, as he grabs Cal from behind. He invites Braden to join, but Cal is ready.
This match is back-and-forth, to-and-fro. all-over-the-place fun. Creative holds with all 3 men involved. Two-on-one. One-on-one-on-one. There is even a double suplex from Mr. Charron.
Definitely an exciting way to celebrate a fresh start in 2015.
