FROM THE VAULT: The FTV series presents some of your favorite W4H wrestlers early in their underground career, or, in the case of Caleb Brand vs. Johnny Jobber, perhaps some wrestlers who were there at the very beginning, but for whatever reason, were not able to continue with W4H to the present day. I’ll say it right now, if you are going to become a wrestler, you really should not choose the word “Jobber” to be part of your ring name. It just serves to pretty much guarantee a loss before the match even begins.

I will say this, Johnny Jobber can take punishment, and then some. And in this match, he takes a lot. Arm bars, hands stomoed on, his back attacked, Johnny is virtually out on his feet by the midway point of the match. The one thing he can still do though is scream in pain, and he does that in spades during this match. You really want the beatdown to end Johnny’s pleas are so desperate. Unfortunately for Johnny, the screams just egg Caleb on, and cause him to turn the beating up a notch.

If you enjoy seeing one man totally dominate another to the point of absolute submission, then this is the match for you. Although Johnny and Caleb have not appeared in W4H in quite a while, you can see how they helped to build a foundation. After seeing this match, you can guess why Johnny hasn’t been in the ring in a while, I don’t think his body could absorb many more beatings on the level of what he experiences in this match with Caleb Brand. Another winner in the FTV series!
